What don't you like about working at RESON?

"The supervisor I had was a horrid individual. I had no idea when I took the job that the person I was replacing had quit because the supervisor was so horrid. Upper management would do nothing about it because this supervisor had most of the legacy software knowledge in the company and they were afraid to discipline her."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Realize that catering to one ego in the company will lead to ruin in the long run."
