"Don't go there if you value your peace of mind."

What don't you like about working at RESON?

"The supervisor I had was a horrid individual. I had no idea when I took the job that the person I was replacing had quit because the supervisor was so horrid. Upper management would do nothing about it because this supervisor had most of the legacy software knowledge in the company and they were afraid to discipline her."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Realize that catering to one ego in the company will lead to ruin in the long run."

What do you like about working at RESON?

"Jens Steenstrup was a great company president. The Sales Executives were great. Some of the technical people are absolutely amazing."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If they aren't sold they are not worth working for. They are losing market share because of their bad business practices. Their competitors have much greater longterm potential."

What don't you like about working at RESON?

"After hostile takeoever, petty untalented poorly skilled people put in positions of power. The company was filled with them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't put a person in charge of a job function they know nothing about."
