"A bit of a cult, really. The culture for the company itself is great. But I found that my department was really lacking in structure. It was basically Mean Girls and I was Cady- just trying to survive in a new world full of cliques and drama. Don't get me wrong- I'm sure there are a lot of people who enjoy(ed) working there. But I was never given proper training, yet expected to perform at an advanced level. Not the most encouraging or helpful experience for me."
