"A bit of a cult, really. The culture for the company itself is great. But I found that my department was really lacking in structure. It was basically Mean Girls and I was Cady- just trying to survive in a new world full of cliques and drama. Don't get me wrong- I'm sure there are a lot of people who enjoy(ed) working there. But I was never given proper training, yet expected to perform at an advanced level. Not the most encouraging or helpful experience for me."

The sales management team maintain a "good ol' boy" network and anyone who is not exactly like them, will likely never be accepted. The territory sales force and product management team members are highly motivated and intelligent. The company has some of the best products on the market."
