"Know that this company lives to serve their customers and many times your efforts, while appreciated, will go unnoticed by the customers. You should not consider a position with this organization if are looking to be the hero, it truly is a team organization."

What don't you like about working at Archstone Apartments?

"Not being able to please all the customers all the time. The company did not allow a bigger maintenance budget, therefore preventing the maintenance team to correctly and efficiently provide the best service to the customers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take the time to assess the real needs of the staff on the frontlines and the needs of the customers. This would only improve an already successful organization."
