"A lot of responsibility and had to learn a lot about the company and nature of work on my own. Had to build up the office from the ground up on my own."

"Not one thing. It was fine when Inez was manager but when the other one took over it was a nightmare!"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Tell the truth! If I had known that I was hired to manage a facility that did not understand English and had an alarm (very loud) bell in my apartment I would never have taken the job. In addition the punch list was never taken care of while I was there even though I continually stated that to the area manager. I was fired because I did not get along with the area manager and never given a chance. This was not just a job, it was my home which I has a week to get out of."

"Get rid of the area manager that was there 10/04. I forget her name as I would like for forget the experience!!!!!!"

"Don't pretend to like a manager when you have every thought to fire them!"

"I loved the challenge of keeping all 200 units full the whole time I work for the company. I had a waiting list for people that wanted to rent a unit from me and was willing to wait."
