"Go down the street to BP, Conoco, or even Citgo (aka PDVSA)."

What don't you like about working at Cabot?

"There is very little social interaction. My coworkers were not interested in getting to know me even after going out of my way to talk to them. The compensation was lacking (reservoir engineers are paid much less here than other medium size oil and gas companies). There is very little direction given, so you had better be able to read minds."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve the salaries to, at least, meet with industry averages. Don't just offer, but encourage, educational & professional growth."

"Fire the Consulting firm they are using, or at least allow more than one firm into the picture of furnishing engineers"
