"I did not like working at Hilton Worldwide. It was just a job to meet a need."

"You cannot interview at Hilton Worldwide. They have outsourced the entire call center from Hemet, Ca over to India. Do not apply to work for Hilton."

What don't you like about working at Hilton Worldwide?

"We didn't get our breaks on time. We were forced to do additional overtime. It was not a call center environment that I would suggest anyone to work in."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure the agents were properly cared for (i.e. proper equipment and ergonomic stations)."

"Talking to people, answering phones, meeting new people, helping others"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Play dumb or else you will get stuck with every project at the office, most employees make under $30,000 regardless of experience or workload, always have a reason to get out each day ASAP otherwise you will be there well past closing every day, don't expect to get paid well or to receive a decent raise (never a dollar, may be under 20 cents), you will get work related calls/texts after hours and on weekends/holidays), you have to request time off at least 6 weeks in advance, you will be forced to take time off when doctor is out of office but not when you want(by the way, you may be given a weeks notice)"

What don't you like about working at Anderson Orthodontics?

"Over worked, under paid, under staffed, lack of team help, no accountability, finger pointing, lack of leadership, poor customer service, tense environment, too many for this list"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Evenly delegate projects, hold everyone accountable not just 1 person, be on time, hire more employees or pay more to existing employees doing double work, talk to your employees like human beings, not employees when you need help"
