"I love being research chemist because we get to explore the undiscovered areas. Also, we work together as a team to reach the goal. On the other hand, I enjoy working independently to think and solve problems with my knowledge. It feels very good to solve problems and overcome challenges. I do hate about being research chemist because it feels sad to see some projects do not work. However, I believe that that's the beauty of research because it is our job to find a way to solve problems!"

"Read about what L'Oreal does. Showing some interest and knowledge beforehand is a positive thing!"
What don't you like about working at L'Oréal Group?
"The fact that a lot of the times I come up with a great idea, somebody already thought of it 30 years ago...... Also, it is very hard to find records for past projects."

"To remember that to do research well, it takes time.... time that we don't always have."

"minimum grow opportunities, salary. But I have no other things I dislike"
