"I feel like I am being paid the right amount as I used to work for 20 hours a week while taking classes. Being paid $15/hr is almost as twice as the average minimum wage job. Moreover, the experience that I gained working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant was priceless and honestly all I cared about at the time was gaining the experience, not the money."
