"Be able to multi-task. The current position evolves into many roles, being able to cover all at any time. Have an open schedule, client relations is not a daytime task."

"My current compensation package; as well as my opportunities for growth (low ceiling)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have an active tracker for accounts with employee information. Fire drills for immediate depletion. More area for client relations. Be fluent with active territory information."
