"Before the company went on the public trading market it was a great place to work. In the last few years it has continued to decline rapidly, with management needing a serious overhaul. Low pay, lack of support from management, ridiculous expectations for a very low salary. Think long and hard before accepting employment here. There are many other higher paying airlines with much better working conditions."
