"Incredibly fast-paced environment, most of the people are overloaded and exhausted. People are always chasing deadlines and can be long hours at times to meet service level expectations of clients. The owner yells at you for things or talks to you like you are too stupid to know anything. Think before you join."
"Most people working here don't know each other's full name or whether a colleague sitting next to them is married. It's because the deadlines drive everybody no breathing room. The company really needs to fix that. Also, there should be more social events for employees to get to know each other."
