"I have worked for this company for 8 years. There is no rhyme or reason to how you get deployed for work. I have always received high ratings on my reviews but I have seen brand new adjusters get deployed before veteran adjusters with no explanation. I have seen adjusters that have received do not rehire status on their reviews get redeployed. There is no loyalty from this firm except for the good old boy system, and if you do not suck up to the right people you do not get deployed."
