"I would not recommend anyone to work for Remington College. You will fit right in if you don't mind bosses micro managing and not interested in personal or professional growth."

"There is absolutely no culture. All departments work in silos and the CEO does not condone socializing. Bosses micromanage."

"Be progressive. Use technology to create efficiencies in business processes. Create a fun and exciting culture."

"It's turned into telemarketing than customer service, we have no control over our work."

"I no longer work there because it kept losing students until it closed."

"I didn't like the way faculty and staff were treated. Due to upper management being inept, the specific Remington I worked for, closed its doors."

"I'm sure the other Remington Colleges are much better than the one that closed in Jax., at least I have heard the differences were like night and day."

"What I like most is the ability to help students creat a financial plan to pay for their college education."

"What I like the least is that there is no room for growth. It is a very small company."

"My suggestion would be to help to develop their staff. In order to be successful you must invest in your staff. (i.e tution reimbursement)"
