"The partner in the organization leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, the owner couldn't or wouldn't control the partner. A hostile work environment would be putting it mildly. The uneducated and mundane always seem to get the higher positions due to time spent in their work field of choice, but that is not always the best position for the growth of the company, hence we have SCI."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Demote the partner! Cut it's salary to $30,000.00 annually and give it a 8%-10% commission on any work it brings in to the company, based on gross revenue. If it actually works it will make what you are paying it now! Keep your family out of the business and don't allow your family to have any business decision making power. Send your subordinate in Long Beach to English composition classes and request to see examples, if it leaves you can always find another in this economy!"
