"I worked there from 2009 through last year. Change of VP’s. is an average of a year to year and a half, then as a manager, you start from scratch and clean up a lot of “new bloods” overconfident mistakes that pull the company’s overall performance backwards. Most companies want to better their employees and make them want to work in a happy atmosphere, not always the case here. If you do apply as an operator, very rare there’s room for advancement. But they did bring in new executives so I hope they change for the better. Give it a shot."

"Nothing at this company is normal, starting at the top and heading all the way down. They lie about almost everything they represent themselves to be."

"Step asside and hire people who can run the company for you. You have your heads too far up your asses to be affective."
