"I worked there from 2009 through last year. Change of VP’s. is an average of a year to year and a half, then as a manager, you start from scratch and clean up a lot of “new bloods” overconfident mistakes that pull the company’s overall performance backwards. Most companies want to better their employees and make them want to work in a happy atmosphere, not always the case here. If you do apply as an operator, very rare there’s room for advancement. But they did bring in new executives so I hope they change for the better. Give it a shot."
