I worked on refactoring the product from an old stack to the current which posed lot of challenges to maintain continuity which i greatly enjoyed."

"RGA has interesting and challenging projects. It is similar to a startup-like environment. Creativity is welcomed and encouraged."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be patient. It takes a while to prove yourself at RGA and some very talented people leave because they get frustrated. So hang in there."

What don't you like about working at RGA?

"Some projects might be stressful and fast-pacing projects might not be for everyone at RGA. As a contractor you have to be flexible and helpful to guide these individuals along."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Create cross departmental exchange. Balance account services with production, drive stronger conceptual development and creativity."
