"Everyone here is really nice and the culture is really laid back. All the benefits and the decent pay are also a plus."

"Be enthusiastic, warm, and welcoming. They love people who are personable and a love for the outdoors as well as stewardship is a plus."

What don't you like about working at REI?

"There are no entry level positions available once the internship is over. Also, there is an older demographic here and as a young professional it is difficult to make connections with people who are significantly older and at a different stage in life."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would figure out how to get a younger generation into the company."

What don't you like about working at REI?

"There are no entry level positions available after the internship is over. It is also an older demographic of people who are married with children and being a young professional just out of college can be difficult to relate to. It makes it difficult to have work friends."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would figure out how to get a younger generation into the building. Currently there is an older demographic here which for a young professional can be difficult to relate to."
