"Kiss your family good bye and remember your job will be the number one priority in this job"

What don't you like about working at REHAU?

"They do not care about your personal life. You'll be expected to work there unlimited hours and sometimes 7 days per week. Several stretches in my 5 years there I had to work 14+ hours per day, 7 days per week, for a several weeks straight."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give more importance to employees social life."
