"Excellent company to find your niche and show how you can perform. Distant (overseas) management creates expected difficulties, but the local team is talented and supportive. Great location to live. Somewhat constricted customer base due to geography and certain company relationships with a particular OEM. This can cause periodic fluctuations."
"The sales team is pretty small. It is a good place to start, to earn experience, not to look for a career to make for your whole life. Definitely worth for 2 to 3 years. Sales is focused on extrusion polymeric retail products for the Chilean market. Its headquarters are located in Germany, in Bayern. Rehau has worldwide presence. The location of the office is in an industrial sector of Santiago."

"They do not care about your personal life. You'll be expected to work there unlimited hours and sometimes 7 days per week. Several stretches in my 5 years there I had to work 14+ hours per day, 7 days per week, for a several weeks straight."

"Give more importance to employees social life."
