Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Beware of Management who seems very friendly at the beginning and let you down soon after - I had a manager who did not call me once in 3 months (I was calling him once a week), and another one who wanted everything done according to his vision (no liberty to do your work as you feel fit)."

What don't you like about working at 3M?

"Very low management capabilities, company builds on the image they have, marketing is not conducive to any good results, they have the golden egg in various products and don't know how to market it / sale it, management unproductive/not positive mentality."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Change mentality and approach to people and processes, change some managers, return to the employee is our greatest asset principles."
