"Direct boss completely absent. Only popped in to make jokes but never to offer support. Very clique-based culture so remote employees cannot build the relationships needed to succeed. No international strategy. Very US-centric."

"Spend less time trying to build a personality cult and more time designing a global (non-USA) strategy employees can align around."
