What do you like about working at Regency Beauty Institute?
"I am able to set the culture, somewhat at the campus most of the time. However, the upper management tends to be very micro-managerial."

"Tell them what they want to hear, not actually how you feel or are. Think very corporate and operational. They really could care less about you as a person."
What don't you like about working at Regency Beauty Institute?
"Our HQ is very closed minded. it is based on perception rather than actually getting to know someone like it used to be. We are more focused on operations than developing a culture that is unique to each campus location. I feel very micromanaged and often under the microscope. We have guiding principles that we are supposed to follow company-wide, but often it does not appear to apply to upper management at our headquarters. This makes my job satisfaction low, and often demotivates me to be my best."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would give more support to the field (campuses) welcome and encourage feedback without fear of reprisals."
