"The interview process was so rewarding that I was really happy to be hired by this company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The interview was great, I am so sad that the working relationship with the one person who had had been told that his personality did not meet company requirements and this was why he himself did not get the position. He was so angry that he did not get it that he sabotaged my experience and the directors technical knowledge did not allow for her to make sound decisions."

What don't you like about working at Regence Group?

"Once hired I realized that the director of our organization did not have ANY technical experience in the field she was managing. She completely needed one person in the group. Having had all confidence in this one person it became apparent that what ever I said or did would not matter unless this person agreed. There was NO room for change or improvements so all the problems that were very apparent would have to stay as the more suggestions I made the more this one person became angry and told me he would have me fired! Sure enough, his very personal relationship with the director created a very hostile environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Know the industry and do not completely let one person control the organization. Once you hire a manager, trust in the new perspective they provide. You may not agree but be open enough to listen. I would never work for this group again but the company as a whole seemed quite nice."
