"I've worked for the UCF location for 4 years. If it's your first job in the field, you'll probably learn a lot about the service and repair industry but I don't feel like there is much room for improvement or scalability. Someone who has worked there for 3 months will make as much as someone who has worked for 5 years. Very little incentive to improve."
