What do you like about working at Reflexis Systems?

"It was a very relaxed place to work. Very little micromanaging going on and if you do your job you won't get any hassle.It was challenging and kept me competitive in an IT industry."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't expect to be in this job 5+ years. You can move up fast, but the faster you move up the higher your chances of moving out (voluntarily or involuntarily).However if you like challenges, want to learn new technology this company is an excellent stepping stone to a great career in many faces of the IT Industry."

What don't you like about working at Reflexis Systems?

"There is very little to no structure within departments. Company-wide there is some sort of structure, but when certain departments work too closely with each other, the structure dissipates."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you're going to preach structure and establish an SOP, please keep up with it. Don't just introduce it, follow it for a few weeks/months and forget about it. Also providing advancement should be more than a brand new title and more responsibilities. It has to come with some sort of benefit and job security with it."
