IT Manager

"I worked for Reed Smith for a little over a year. I found the company to be narrow-minded when it came to new ideas. I previously worked for a Firm who encouraged progress and change if applicable. I found Reed Smith had a management structure that hadn't changed for decades which as a result was reluctant to change. The role was not what I was sold during the interview process. My immediate manager wasn't overly concerned about developing the team and more concerned about how he looked to upper management. As a result, I had no room for growth with the Firm so I decided it wasn't a role I wanted to pursue."
