"Pass the buck is the name of the game at Redflex. If there's a problem keep your mouth shut, you'll pay not the person responsible. If they don't wont you there they will do unethical things to get rid of you. Wage for same positions vary widely with no reason. Wastes money on shiny pretty technology that goes no where."

"Plenty, but they won't listen anyway, and may even target you for suggesting anything."
