"I have worked at Redfin since October 2020. Redfin, and its platform, allowed me to dive into real estate full time. I feel Redfin is a good place for a realtor to start their career."
"I have worked for Redfin Corporation as an independent contractor for 10 months and I have really enjoyed working there. They are very customer focused and offer the lowest listing fees in the United States. Redfin operates as a residential real estate company in the United States and Canada."
"Great culture -- the people who work here are genuinely some of the best, most caring, and brightest in the entire real estate industry. A lot of them leave a bit of money on the table to work here rather than at other places, and that says something."
"No response at this time."
"I began working for Redfin in April of 2018. In a little over a year, I sold more than $5.2 million in real estate. My compensation, however, was not commensurate by industry standards with my production. I chose to leave in December 2019 in pursuit of a new career with a better work-life balance."
"I worked for Redfin since August 2017. My career began as an independent contractor and quickly turned into full-time employment when I joined the Sales Support team. Redfin is a great company to work with and has provided so many opportunities to advance."
"I'm a marketing unicorn: writer, graphic designer, (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) digital marketer who has worked on all sides of the media including marketing, public relations, advertising for both public and private companies."
"I originally started working for an experiment of Redfin called Redfin Now. Redfin Now then became its own company and a third entity called Redfin Home Services. Redfin Home Services is responsible for handling all construction needs for Redfin. This was able to be achieved by the systems I was a part of the building. The company went from seven employees in Southern California to 80 plus employees and expanding nationwide."
"The branding is exceptional, it's a name that precedes itself. Exceptional training for new agents, networking, professionalism, and a great working environment. I genuinely look forward to going to work everyday."
"Redfin is a great company for lazy people. If you're willing to be spoon fed by the mouthful and risk your livelihood on arbitrary customer surveys, you can make a decent living without putting forth any effort whatsoever. As long as you make 10's on the customer surveys, you'll get paid well for doing very, very little. Their sole focus is on those surveys, to the exclusion of absolutely all else, so as long as you game the system and get your 10's at all costs, it's a great gig."
