"I've been working here for a little less than 4 years, and have had 2 reviews done by my superiors. We are made a lot of promises as employees, which are never fulfilled. We work long hours, weekends and spend a lot of time on the road, and are left hanging by management to work endlessly because of unrealistic promises made, and in the name of face time with the customer."

"The company was developing warehouse management systems for big size warehouses. My job was related to conveyor control which is next generation of system."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"No. I was joning company together with other two people as a canadian branch and I even did not pass regular interview."

What don't you like about working at Reddwerks?

"I was able to absolutely independently and report only to one person."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I was not involved into everyday company activity and that is why do not have suggestions."
