RedBrick Health Employee

"RedBrick Health bills itself as one of the top rated employers in Minneapolis based on the companies what Redbrick says is an open work place culture. I found it more akin to what a communist re-education camp might be like with the openness and freedom to get your job done akin to a sweat shop. Orders come down from the top and should not be questioned. Co-workers were more likely to throw each other under the bus than actually attempt to find working solutions to the problems at hand."
