"I’ve worked for Red Robin since 2019 and it has been a great place to work and grow as a person."
"Both my manager and coworkers were very easy to communicate with. The office setting was very laid back and easygoing, with fun decorations, etc. I was able to complete my duties each day easily and was given other work as needed. Unfortunately due to COVID, I was unable to stay longer as they closed their offices (I was a temporary employee there)."
"I worked for Red Robin in the summer of 2018 before transferring to UC Riverside. It was a good temporary job considering that it paid well in tips based on performance and workload. However, there wasn't much room for growth for someone who is ambitious and wants a career in accounting and wants to climb through the ranks, while helping the business grow."
"I have worked with Red Robin since 2013. They have been great in training and developing, providing me with numerous opportunities to grow within the company."
"If you're looking for an excellent position in management, with a company that values personal time and amazing values with competitive pay. Then look no more, because you have found it. Red Robin has it all, great teamwork competitive pay and awesome training. What are you waiting for go and apply now? It's totally worth it."
"I have worked for Red Robin for the last two years and at first the job was fantastic. The company was well staffed and I felt I always had the tools to do my job effectively. Unfortunately, many changes have been made recently such as job cuts and change in distributors. This has increased my workload with no bonus in compensation and the stress of being scolded for not being able to keep up with the company's standards. I feel like this is unfair due to poor communication from my team, a lack of supplies to complete the job, and the overbearing workload."
"The managers were alright."
"Great company to work for there are a lot of wonderful opportunities. Everyone is extremely nice and it's like a close knit community. Although other restaurants are different wherever you go, this particular location is a great place to work. YUMMM!!!!"
"I have worked with Red Robin since 2011. I have noticed within the past year that the support level has decreased, especially during a difficult time of opening the first Red Robin in the five boroughs of NYC. On average managers work 55 hours a week and the compensation just isn't there."
"Each restaurant and region is different from the next. I have been in 3 different ones. The first one was excellent. The last one was poor-fair. Also, the working environment and clientele varies greatly depending on whether the restaurant is free-standing or in a mall!"
