"Sometime the people we would serve. To this day I still do not understand why people can be so harsh."

"No not really management does a good job with what they are given."

"Decent pay for being a student. Good benefits for all employees."

"It will take your body a few months to adjust, but you'll be fine."

"No break even with double shifts. This takes a toll on the body after awhile."

"Encourage rather than yell. Try not to let the few bad employees ruin your day (or just fire them)."

"Random schedules, not allowed 40 hours, Sometimes not enough hours."

"Know that going into the job you will be working 60 hours a week. It's all about making the guests happy as well as the hourly employees."

"The lack of support and recognition for the lower end of the management team."

"Support the managers that work for you. Make them as happy as you want your hourly employees and you would have a great place to work"

"The management was overly concerned with meeting their own goals. They did not encourage or motivate their employees and took no person interest in them."

"I would take more of an interest in my employees lives rather than just meeting numbers."
