"New Red Lion is not the same as the Old Red Lion which competed against the big brands. Now the competition is on a lower level."

"We had great top level management. On property management was too young and had egos that required massaging."

"Keep the expectations low and ideas out of the interview. They want what they want and do not wish to differ from it."

"New company needs people from the old Red Lion to bring back the quality. Their version is not up to the quality levels and also contains some massive egos at the corporate level which would be hard to work under."
