Financial Analyst

"Very interesting and enjoyable work experience but not compensated appropriately"

What do you like about working at Red Hot & Blue?

"I absolutely love the independence that I have with my work. It shows the trust they have in me getting the work done efficieintly. Financial analysis is the niche I'd been looking for when I had explored career paths. As the lone financial analyst of the company, I have freedom to incorporate my own thought process into the reports and methods used."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They will offer the lowest salary possible. When they ask about previous pay, be honest but also let them know what you are expecting. Be yourself and ask plenty of questions."

What don't you like about working at Red Hot & Blue?

"They don't pay their employees well and show very little appreciation for the hard work they do (especially the work the accounting department puts in)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take the time to actually listen to your employees. They are full of great suggestions for improvements during a struggling time. In addition, work together as a management team so that the company has set goals that can be communicated clearly to everybody."
