"It was a very curious situation I was thrust in, where I was asked to come in and do a job but the team I was assigned to oversee wanted nothing to do with my presence. From my experience, certain employees will actively sabotage others to make themselves look better, while taking credit for the work of others. There are some truly brilliant minds at this company, but for each of them there are individuals who are only too willing to throw you under the bus and walk all over you to get ahead."

"The lack of a roadmap and accountability makes the company a hard place to work. The product is excellent but there is culture of fear and intimidation.People with no experience are running important departments and people who truly deserve to be promoted are being held back."

"RED is a good company to work for as either a contractor or an employee, I have been both. The pay is good with competitive benefits. I enjoyed working at RED and hope to do so again some time. RED makes great cameras, which I cannot actually afford :)."
