"My salary rating would be excellent. They annual salary itself was ample for the work load required. The health care and retirement benefits were amazing and some of the best Ive seen. Worklife balance was also excellent with 2 weeks vacation in your first 3 years and building to 8 weeks thereafter depending on tenure. You also get all major holidays paid.
Working from home allowed me to maintain a comfortable office space and control of my surroundings. The company provided all necessary tools to work from home, even sending a representative to my home to ensure I had a proper ergonomic setup!"
