My only gripe with the company is that they don't compensate well for your hard work. In the grand scheme of things, you could work for a much worse company. It has it's perks, but they could do better with the salaries: especially for internal employees,"

  "Working for CSUF has been an absolute pressure. It does get stressful at times, but that's what makes the job more important. While working in the Registration department, it makes you nervous because you don't know what to expect. Once you get the hang of it though it is like second nature. The environment is nice, and the commute isn't so bad. The work itself isn't stressful because there are many other staff members there that will help you along the way. It mostly revolves around helping students with records, classes, name changes, send out emails, and providing the best customer service possible. Of course, with every job, there will be mean customers that will go out of their way to make your life miserable. But with being able to handle the situation, it shows you are mature and can accomplish many things. Overall, a very solid workplace."
