What do you like about working at Record Publishing?

"Nothing of note would allow me to recommend this place of employment to anyone."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do not work here. I wish I could speak with anyone interested in applying. I know times are tuff, but do not allow yourself to manipulated and taken advantage of by this company who has no trouble having multiple layoffs in short time spans."

What don't you like about working at Record Publishing?

"Overtime is not paid even if it worked. There is no room for improvement in pay or position held no matter the extra effort and talents of individuals."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay overtime. Hire temporary workers to replace those on extended medical leave (some not deserving in my opinion) instead of allowing the remaining work to be divided by those who have excellent attendance records. Allow for the possibility of advancement. Reward hard work and diligence instead of taking advantage of those employees by demanding and expecting constant extra effort."
