What don't you like about working at Realtime Associates?

"I felt there was a large disconnect between the main corporate entity and the employees that the placed at the client that I was consulting for. There were several events that occurred that we as satellite employees never were made aware of."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My main suggestions for management would be to involve the satellite employees more in the daily events at the main office. Some of the managers understand this and their example should be employed more as a SOP than an exception."
