"Freedom with uncapped performance based commission + work environment is convenient and very peaceful. Leadership is outstanding."

"Honestly, can't think of anything. Prudential was an extremely good choice for me at that time in my career."

"We have the best leadership I've ever been associated with. And... they are always available, and... they respond quickly to any request."

What do you like about working at Prudential?
"I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great as well. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections. I also enjoyed that fact that the office tried to do community outreach with local organizations."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just be honest, patient and take your time answering questions."
What don't you like about working at Prudential?
"One of the reasons I am leaving is that I felt I was not challenged enough at the job. As a fresh face in the working world, the company offers a great opportunity for a good entry level position; however, after being there for so many years, I felt I was not able to reach my full potential because of the lack of challenge and there was no room for advancement in the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I appreciate a work environment where supervisors try to make personal connections with their employees."

"I resigned due to extremely poor management, no communication, no employee support system, and poor customer service."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Terminate existing management team starting with the District Manager. Hire individuals with an excellent track record and with excellent customer service and people/employee skills."
