"I formed RDSM Investment Group, LLC with my three brothers in 2003. I was responsible for all legal and financial affairs of the business. I used outside legal counsel for the formation of our many legal entities to avoid any conflict of interest with my brothers. I also oversaw the use of outside counsel for other legal matters, such as accident defense. My brothers handled the operational side of the business. We developed real estate for our own use in Texas and Colorado, and operated as many as 700 vehicles with as many as 900 independent contractor drivers at one time."
