"Do your job and do it well. If the people in charge don't like it, too bad."

"The governing board has it in for me, so my ability to do my job is limited."

"I enjoyed working with other counselors from other countries and backgrounds."

"I would tell people to just be themselves and to have fun but take the job seriously. I would hope they are comfortable asking questions and to not let the impersonal overhead staff get to them."
What don't you like about working at Camp Chipinaw?
"I didn't enjoy my direct supervision because of the lack of communication."

"I recommend the management be more open to communication and questions without being condescending."
