Software Test Engineer

"I've worked here since 2012. This is a family business and there's a limit to every employees growth. It is also a very open company. Employees can go directly to the owners/directors of the company. My manager gives me great freedom. The management loves to play it close. So, most of the time I'm in the dark and have no idea why I'm doing a task. There is very low supervision. The management have no idea what any employee does or what their skills are. There's a lot of sycophancy."
