"Bad management and lack of mentoring, cross training, and favoritism of employee's & departments. Thirteen plus hour days, every other Friday off, 90/80 schedule. 50 miles commute one way to work, 100 miles plus round trip, hours on the freeway to get home, and most of the times you where treated not like a valued employee, more like a employee number."
