"Great culture but very disorganized"
"Moral in the IT side is very low. You must work more due to lay-offs and people leaving for better work environments. The managers are great there, they will have your back at all times which makes you feel secure in doing your job and not scared. Upper management is really the cause of moral being so low. They say that they are working on trying to improve the environment, but in reality it keeps getting worse. They need to recognize that they cannot work people over 50 hours a week."
