"Less disruptive management practices and more communication strategies to include middle and lower management."

"You are not allowed to write a script that inserts one line of text into 300 text files. You are punished for not manually copy-pasting them all."

"If your solution was not in a pre-approved flow chart, you were penalized."

"Let your coders make the tools they need to make to turn 12 hours of work into 2."

"There is little in the way of career growth and they are under standard compensation."

"When I started, there was great opportunity for advancement and a real family environment. Today, the people are their greatest asset. It was hard to leave."

"Be aware of the highly political atmosphere. Proceed with caution."

"Raydon is currently trying to find itself as it grows into a large company. This has left a lot of confusion and turmoil for the staff."

"Regain focus on the employes and the processes in place. There are a lot of small issues that could make big impacts on the bottom line."
