"There is always somebody that you can go to to bounce ideas off of."

"Be yourelf and be relaxed. The company is not uptight at all. If you stress out easily, this may not be the place for you."
What don't you like about working at A. Duie Pyle?
"The position I am in usually goes to people who have only graduated high school. Even though I do more technical and mathematically challenging work, I still get paid the same as everyone else."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I believe they need to use their resources in a different way."
